| ...Part of our quality control process of work completed by our service vendors, is to re-visit the location. The objective is to see how the loss control reps conducted themselves, and if a thorough loss control survey and report was completed. Recently I visited 5 accounts that were loss controlled by The UIS Group.
I met with the same contacts your staff did when they did their surveys. In all cases, the people I talked with stated your representatives acted professionally, and were very courteous. Appointments were made with each account. When at the locations, I conduct my own loss control surveys, and compare it to your completed reports. Your reps. did a good job surveying the above accounts and completing the loss control reports. Operations, exposures, hazards, and controls were properly evaluated, and described in these reports.
To summarize, after completing my own loss control surveys and comparing them to your reports, it is my opinion your staff is doing a good job. Along with presenting a positive image of (company), the work being completed is thorough, and provides the required information our underwriters need to make their underwriting decisions. I appreciate all your efforts and look forward to a continuing working relationship with The UIS Group
