| The UIS Group, Inc., as it is known today, began in 1983 as a one man operation, providing loss control |
| reporting for several insurance carriers writing policies in Connecticut. Soon it became apparent that more |
| field people would be required in order to satisfy the service expectations of our new venture. Operating |
| under the trade name of Underwriters Information Service, the company grew in client numbers and field |
| staff. As our operating territory expanded to the other five New England States, we incorporated. For the |
| first 10 years after incorporation, Underwriters Information Service, Inc. maintained an active field service |
| of approximately 12 professional individuals many of whom are still associated with the company. |

| In 1997 the company had demonstrated continuous growth, expanding service to New York and 3 other |
| states. Since that point the company continued to grow more rapidly, adding 19 states and more than 200 |
| additional field service providers. In 2003 Underwriters Information Service, Inc. became known as the UIS |
| Group, Inc., which acts as a service bureau for five niche service affiliates known as UIS, LLC., Mutual |
| Insurance Reporting Service, LLC, A + C Reporting Service, LLC, Specialty Insurance Reporting |
| Service, LLC, and E + S Reporting Service, LLC. Today we maintain our corporate operation center in a |
| modern office building located in Windsor, CT. |
