A. Yes.  All of our recommendations for risk improvement are written in easy to understand language based on accepted national codes or best industry practices.  Recommendations are directed toward your insured, requiring little or no editing.

Q. Is your service automated?
A. Yes.  We offer convenient online ordering of our custom designed forms (most of our customers prefer the immediacy of our online service). In addition, much of our finished work is returned via email as easy to use attachments or Portable Data Files.  

Q. What is your Quality Assurance Program?
A. All of our finished reports are reviewed by members of our Quality Assurance Department for quality, content and accuracy.

A. Using one of our survey request forms made up especially for you make ordering surveys as easy as sending an email message. Questions are answered within a time limit of 24 hours but the majorities are answered within the same day received.
